An onsite client this morning informed me after I'd started the job that several of his crew tested positive for Corona Virus. No effort appeared to have been made to mitigate further spread so, in an abundance of caution, my wife and I will be self-quarantining for the next two weeks in case I am now a carrier.
In an effort to minimize the risk to our other clients, our office has been closed. We will only be offering remote support until June 19. If a problem can't be resolved remotely, then we will send one of our alliance members onsite. As always, you will be billed at our normal rates and we will pay the alliance members their rates. If an alliance member ever asks you for payment, they are in violation of our agreement. Please do not pay them and have them call me directly.
We know funds are tight for everyone during these uncertain times so we are offering financing on our labor. Our funds are tight--and about to be tighter--so unfortunately, we cannot offer financing on parts or products.
