As a business we do not keep hard copies of customer files or artwork, so we use Apple Time Machine to back up all of our files from our Point of Sale Server as well as our art files from Adobe Illustrator. When I kept receiving an error in regards to this back up not functioning I panicked. If we lose those files we lose valuable information that could never be restored, and it's difficult to find Apple Technicians who will come to your office. So Tim came to my office, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He taught me where the files were being saved to, how to view them if need be, and made sure the Time Capsule was networked to both our orders computer and our graphic art computer. I highly suggest calling Tim at Glospey Computers the next time you have an issue. He's efficient, straight forward, and offers an invaluable service."

"I recently had a virus on my laptop that basically shut the system down completely. This was very frustrating because I use my laptop for my business. Needless to say I called Tim immediately and was pleasantly surprised to have him answer his phone...I told him what happened and he said he could come over that night and pick it up at my home. I told him that it wasn't necessary because I was leaving for Virginia in the early morning and didn't need the laptop for the weekend. When I got back I called Tim and he said it was good to go. "Recently, I opened an E-mail that contained a particularly malevolent virus called Live Security Platinum which burrowed into my computer and disabled almost all of it's functions.  I had seen Tim's display at our local bank and I decided to call him for help.
He offered to come to my house and pick up my tower and, for a very reasonable fee, do whatever was necessary to fix the problem.  He was familiar with this virus and others like it and promised to have me up and running again in short order. 
Tim brought my tower back to the house the next day, reinstalled it and checked that everything was running properly.  It was!
I could not have been more pleased with Tim's service.  He took care of the problem quickly and effectively at a price that was more than reasonable and, when we had some difficulty with an E-mail account later that first night, he came right over at 10pm and straightened it out for me.
