In an effort to minimize the risk to our employees and clients, our office has been closed except by appointment. We will be offering remote support first to all new problems. If a problem can't be resolved remotely, then we will either come out to you or ask that you come in to the shop.
We know funds are tight for everyone during these uncertain times so we will also be offering our clients a few different payment options to help alleviate budget constraints from now through the end of April:
All of our clients will benefit from our discounts offered to our remote support clients, 20% off remote support.
Clients who already have a remote support plan (or who sign up for one) will receive an additional 10% off of our remote support rates.
Alternatively, we are offering financing on our labor instead of the discounts. Our funds are tight, too, so unfortunately, we cannot offer financing on parts or products.
