Since the Internet is a popular means of communication it is important to protect your computer from viruses, hackers and spyware. At Glospey Computers, we are not sales people. Our job is to save our clients money, not help them waste it. We educate our clients on their options and let them decide which suits their needs best. We gladly answer any questions the client may have regarding the options and may make suggestions when the situation warrants it. When equipment is fully functional and there's no need for newer equipment, we won't make that recommendation.
This isn't because we're unwilling to do the work (if a customer insists, we'll do it) but we want to make sure the client knows it's unnecessary before agreeing to it.
