One of our main goals is to save our customers money. We can only do this effectively if they call us before they spend money.
Recently, I spent most of the day fixing a network problem for an existing client who had internet connection issues. The day before they (understandably, but in retrospect…incorrectly) called their ISP - internet service provider. The ISP sent out a tech to fix the problem. He sold our client equipment the client didn't need AND made the problem worse! This is an easy mistake for the un-knowing, as business networks are complex. Read more...
