Time Clarification
- All time is company/household wide. It is not linked to specific machines as long as the machine that needs the work is on a remote plan. For example, if you owned 5 computers, put 2 on Basic, 1 on Essentials, and left the other 2 without support, you would have 80 minutes of remote support that could be used on any of the 3 that were covered (in whole or in part) but the other 2 computers would be charged our normal rates for any work done on them.
- All time resets on the first of each month. Unused time does not accumulate.
Optional Additions
- Antivirus is an optional add on to any of our plans. You can choose basic anti-virus or monitored anti-virus.
